下面结合一键GHOST，说一下怎样备份、还原系统。

一键GHOST硬盘版安装运行

一、安装：

1、确认你的第一硬盘为IDE硬盘,如果是SATA(串口)硬盘请在BIOS中设置为Compatible Mode(兼容模式)。

如果正在挂接第二硬盘/USB移动硬盘/U盘，请拔掉它们。

方法一：WINDOWS下运行

开始->程序->一键GHOST->一键GHOST

方法三：当WINDOWS和DOS下都无法运行“一键GHOST 硬盘版”时，请使用 光盘版、优盘版、软盘版。

四、其它功能：

（一）另存为：（将一键备份C盘的映像复制到另外的位置，以满足部分用户的特殊需要，此功能不会破坏原有映像）

（二）修复程序：（一般情况无需使用）

情况1：自动修复程序（一般情况下在使用运行方法一或二后首次进入桌面时出现）

一键GHOST优盘版安装运行（ 安装之前,请对U盘原有文件进行备份,因为制作过程中需要对U盘初始化（删除整个U盘数据，包括加密分区）

一、制作与设置：

（一）准备与测试阶段：（有成功启动经历的本软件老用户可跳过此阶段）

* 重要提示：由于种种因素（主板不支持,U盘不支持,初始化程序不配套）的制约，制作可引导U盘的成功率很低（20％左右），

所以，在正式制作之前，需要事先做一些准备和测试工作，以避免浪费时间和感情。

1、准备一块U盘（16MB及以上），并确认已经置于“可写状态”。

2、为提高引导成功率，强烈建议首先使用U盘自带光盘里的初始化程序（如 iformat）对U盘进行格式化

以最常见的 iformat (下载请到“DOS之家软件站”) 为例，在WINXP/98环境下安装 iformat 4.11 ，插入U盘，

会自动弹出“使用者工具包(4.11)”程序窗口，选择“启动盘”和“ZIP”，点“开始”，等3-5分钟后制作完成，关闭iformat窗口。

3、设置CMOS（如果以前设置过了，无需再设置，请跳过此步）:

(1) 在插入U盘的前提条件下开机或重启电脑，按“Del”键进入CMOS,用“↓”选择第二项“Advanced BIOS Features”回车.

(2)用“↓”移动光标到“First Boot Device”,用“PageDown”键选择为“USB-ZIP”.

(3)按“ESC”返回CMOS主菜单,再按“F10”、“Y”、“回车”（保存并退出CMOS），自动重启。

4、引导U盘。（关键时刻到了！好紧张啊！）

（1）如果显示DOS提示符或DOS菜单就表明引导成功！（注：iformat 4.11 自带引导系统是 FreeDOS ）

（2）如果显示错误信息或直接跳过（从硬盘引导），表明引导失败，解决方法是：改用HDD模式，步骤类似。

（二）正式制作阶段：

* 注：上一阶段只是测试阶段，必须经过下面的步骤才能真正做成“一键GHOST 优盘版”。

解压，在WINXP/2000环境下插入U盘，双击“一键GHOST优盘版.exe”

(1)、选中你的U盘；

(2)、点击蓝色字“...选择工作模式”

(3)、选择与iformat格式化模式相同的模式，如iformat使用的是ZIP模式，工作模式就选“ZIP模式”

(4)、点击“开始”...以后步骤只要按提示一步一步操作就可以了！

(5)、最后，出现“引导型U盘制作成功”的提示，制作完成，关闭USBOOT窗口。

一、刻录:

1、准备好空白光盘,用黑色油性笔在盘面上写上软件名称和版本号,以防时间久了与其它光盘混淆.

2、解压,进入文件夹,注意:如果默认打开程序是WINRAR，请不要双击打开文件"一键GHOST光盘版.ISO",

正确方法是:在 NERO 或者 UltraISO 8.12 以上版本打开"一键GHOST光盘版.ISO",

（一）基本刻录方法(不集成GHO映像)：以NERO为例:

所谓“不集成GHO映像”就是仅仅刻录一键GHOST光盘版.ISO，可实现一键恢复C盘（来自硬盘）等功能，

不能实现（来自光盘）功能。由于占用空间很少，1张CD即可。

1、运行 Nero StartSmart -> 复制与备份 -> 将映像刻录到光盘上

2、选择"文件类型"为"图像文件(*.nrg,*.iso,*.cue)" -> 找到"一键GHOST光盘版.ISO"->"打开"

3、放入CD空白光盘(CD-R)到刻录机(或康宝)里 -> 选择"写入速度"较慢一些,以免刻录失败

(如,全速是52x可选择32x,如果硬件配置较低,应选16x或8x) -> 点"下一步",

以后就是等待了...刻录成功,退出NERO.

（二）高级刻录方法(集成GHO映像)：以UltraISO为例:

所谓“集成GHO映像”就是将保存到硬盘上的GHOST映像刻录到CD或DVD空白光盘里，利用

一键GHOST光盘版提供了一键恢复C盘（来自光盘）功能实现的一种更加安全的恢复方案。

由于C盘已用空间每台电脑情况有所不同，致使生成的映像大小也不一样，所以往往需要不止1张CD或DVD。

但必须事先严格按照以下步骤刻录才能使用（试举一例）：

1、准备：使用一键GHOST硬盘版－>中文向导->备份向导 功能，将C盘备份到D盘根目录下（也可备份到其它分区）。

设置:(1)为减少体积，请使用最高压缩

(2)如果刻录 CD光盘，设置分卷大小为650MB，

如果刻录DVD光盘，设置分卷大小为2000MB（即2G）。

备份完成后，重启进入WINDOWS，打开我的电脑，发现D:\C_PAN.GHO（650MB）、C_PAN001.GHS（642MB）共有2个文件。

盘算一下：我的C盘已用空间是3.4G（页面文件pagefile.sys占800MB），

高压缩公式：（C盘已用容量-页面文件）×50%＝C_PAN*.*之和＝光盘所需总容量

我的情况是：（3.4G－0.8G）×50%＝650MB＋642MB＝1.3G，

OK，没错，如果用CD刻盘2张刚刚够，如果DVD刻盘1张就行了，还能富裕3G多放其它软件！

（注：光盘总容量应当包含首张光盘的一键GHOST程序即EZBOOT里的所有文件，由于不到3MB，可忽略不计）

2、刻录第1张CD或DVD：（请确保已经安装了8.12以上版本UltraISO，因为无需NERO，其自带刻录引擎，省事！）

①双击或在UltraISO里打开"一键GHOST光盘版.ISO"

②选择本地目录（本例为D:\）

③添加（拖拽）C_PAN.GHO到一键GHOST.ISO里（如果是DVD光盘，C_PAN001.GHS也一起添加进去吧）

④点击“刻录”图标

⑤点击“刻录”按钮。。。等待直到刻录结束。

⑥存盘，例如取名为 GHOST_1.ISO。弹出光盘，用笔在光盘上做好标记，以作区分。

3、刻录第2张CD：步骤与刻录第1张基本相同，仅①、③、⑥有所不同：

①打开UltraISO或新建

③添加C_PAN001.GHS到新建的空ISO里

⑥存盘，例如取名为 GHOST_2.ISO。弹出光盘，用笔在光盘上做好标记，以作区分。

注：如果需要第3张、第4张。。。则按刻录第2张的套路走，

第③步的基本方法：如果是CD里添加1个C_PAN???.GHS，如果是DVD里添加2个C_PAN???.GHS（文件名都要按顺序）。

二、设置CMOS（如果以前设置过了，无需再设置，请跳过此步）:

1、开机按"Del"键进入CMOS,用“↓”键选择第二项“Advanced BIOS Features”回车

* 安装过程中可能会出现“磁盘错误...”提示，请点“终止”，否则会影响正确使用。

解决方法是：换另外一张软盘或用其它电脑试试。

1、开机按“Del”键进入CMOS，进入第一项“Standard CMOS Features”，回车.

2、按“↓”键到“Drive A”项，按“PageDown”键选择"2.88M,3.5 in".

注意:这一步很重要,如果设置成1.44M或其它选项都不会启动成功!

3、按“ESC”键返回CMOS主菜单,按"↓"到第二项"Advanced BIOS Features"，回车.

4、按“↓”到"First Boot Device",按“PageDown”键选择"Floppy".

注意：由于软盘容量有限，与其它版本相比，功能有所限制：

1、一键备份C盘的映像仅能保存到最后一个分区根目录下

2、不支持光驱

3、不支持高级格式化

4、不支持DOS工具箱

因此，如果系统环境允许，尽量使用 硬盘版、光盘版、优盘版。
